Bury ObamaCare with Kennedy

Dear Patrick Joseph Kennedy II,
Thank you for your concern over the Health Care debate. With all of the uninsured and under-insured Americans and illegal citizens that we have in this country using the current health care system, something must be done. You have the foresight to look past all of the inessential topics that have been discussed in the news, like who will be covered and how to pay for "Change". You have found what is most important by warning that the "health-care debate could turn violent."

I understand your concern. While your family has had a violent history, I am sure that you yourself have had a quiet past. If we overlook the cocaine use during your teenage years, drugs and alcohol abuse while you were a student at Providence College, & collaborating to cover up a rape. We will also not mention that on May 4, 2006 you crashed your convertible into a barricade on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., at 2:45 a.m. As you stated you were merely disoriented from prescription medications Ambien and Phenergan. But the accident was not without merit as you noted in your statement to officers that you were "late for a vote". However, the last vote of the night had occurred almost six hours earlier. At least you were not on a bridge with a passenger.

With all the soccer moms, senior citizens, and workers that are littering the streets lawfully protesting, violence is bound to ensue. We have already had a case where blood has been shed over this topic. I believe that it was a health care reform activist who bit off the left pinky of a 65-year-old man who opposed health care reform. I hope that your warning was intended to go both ways.

Thank you for thinking about the rights of the citizens in this debate. Debate was in the founding principles of this great Country. While understanding that "we have the right to debate and disagree with any administration". We must be reasonable and understand that freedom of speech does not allow yelling ‘fire’ in the middle of a crowded movie theater." Nor is there room for yelling "YOU LIE" in a Joint Session.

These are important times of debate as "Change" is coming to America. This topic has brought together people in open debate from many different socials aspects and walks of life. Proving that in this country communication is what can bridge any divide. For example you are a Liberal, bipolar, recovering alcoholic who lies his was through life and I am a tax paying, Bible reading, Conservative, Republican who has a nasty habit of telling the truth. I suppose we can't all be perfect.

Thank you for your service to Our Country,

A teachable moment by President Jimmy Carter

Dear President Jimmy Carter,

Thank you for your words of wisdom and attempt to bring the country together. It takes a powerful message by a strong leader to unite a Nation. In this time of unrest, we all appreciate being called names while having disagreements on fundamental idea and values. Your words of wisdom should defiantly bring an end to the discussion. Now we see that it is Conservatives who are all in the wrong for wanting racist things like lower taxes, reduced Government spending, and freedom.

While you are working on bringing the Nation back together by easing racial tension, be sure to mention to President Obama about the incident on a Belleville West High School Bus. We have the opportunity for a teachable moment here. It seems that a white student being beaten by a black student while other black students cheer is not a hate crime. The real lesson here is that white students should not try to sit down on a bus. Maybe you can suggest to President Obama, who has been silent on the issue, to host a Root Beer Summit. He can offer the boys A&W or IBC, while I am sure he will opt for a light Root Beer.

Possibly you could talk more about the teachable issue that happened in Congress with Representative Joe Wilson. It is important that we as a Nation understand that if you disagree with a half-black man it is because we are racists. No other President in history has ever had a member of Congress disagree with them openly. It could not be because we think that the Country is headed in the wrong direction, don't want the Government to control Health Care, or that the President lied.

Another teachable moment could come from the VMA incident. I am sure that Kanye West was not sincere in his outburst about Taylor Swift. After all Kanye has always been a fine outstanding young man who has never been outspoken or divisive in the past. Oh yeah, he really didn't mean it when he said that "President Bush does not care about Black people" either. I suppose the lesson here is that Taylor Swift was not the victim but Beyonce was because Kanye like her video better.

Your wisdom is world renowned. There are many Nations whom I am sure would send representatives to proclaim your peaceful ways. Countries with whom you have worked to build relations with like Iran , Palestine, and Lybia. I believe that Israel would also like to say a few words about you. I'm sure that comments of your defense of President's Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and George W. Bush are somewhere on-line, I just can't seem to find them now.

Thank you for pointing out our Racist ways,

9/11

Dear Leftists, Liberals, Anti-Americans, Bruce Springsteen, & Barbara Streisand

Please take a moment today on 9/11 to recognize that innocent Americans lost their lives. Regardless of what Van Jones says about "who" caused "what" to happen it was a tragic event in American history. Put out the flame on your American Flags, stop throwing darts at your W. posters, and quit protesting in front of schools that allow children to take a moment of silence today.

Today is a time that we should all be able to put away our political differences and realize that we share the same living space. We may not quite breathe the same air since your is filtered through your smog masks, drink the exact same water because your is from melting polar caps, or live in the same neighborhood because your neighborhood covenants will not allow pickups, deer stands, or firearms. But, as different as we may be, we share one thing in common that no one can take away from us no matter how hard you try. We are Americans.

Our forefathers gave their lives so that you could call our soldiers murderers. So that your pro healthcare reform protesters could bite the fingers off of our anti health care reform protesters. So that you could burn the nation symbol of the government that protects you from the people in the world who really want to do you harm.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules of waiting on your welfare checks and protesting to protect our freedoms from our President.

God Bless America,

44/57

Dear Speaker Pelosi,

A House divided against itself cannot stand nor can it pass a bill. You are unwilling to reach across the aisle with anything except a hammer and sickle to swipe at Republicans. Your leadership style of being bitter and shrill has done far less than gain the respect, loyalty, and adoration of Americans. It is with this that we have our greatest chance to see your crowning achievement come crashing down around you and President Obama.

The far left members of your party, including yourself, want Government controlled Health Care. You realize that a nation dependant on it's government for goods and services cannot exist with liberal Democrats who seek to create the Greatest Welfare Nation on earth. Seeking to justify your position, you understand that only by destroying economic freedom can Congress wield absolute power which is not given to you by the Constitution. However if you try to come to a more moderate proposal then you will lose their support.

The moderate members of your party understand that this is not a good option. They live in more conservative districts and represent Americans who actually have to get up every morning and work for a living instead of a hard day of waiting by the mailbox for the check to arrive. Moderate Democrats as well as Republicans are needed to achieve your goal regardless of your distain for them. They believe that the Health Care system is broken also, but the way to fix it is by careful reform and not a shotgun.

Never take a bill to the floor unless you know the outcome in advance. I suppose that you could get ACORN to register 80 new House Members to vote from the 20 million illegal immigrants that you want to cover. This is coming at a time when the approval rating for Congress and the President are falling faster than the value of the dollar. The Presidents popularity is so low that he could not even get Elementary School children to listen to him speak and the middle school children who were watching were listening to their iPhones.

It has been said that "those who forget the lessons of history are doomed to repeat it", to this I say welcome to 1976. Democrats have a way of forgetting the past however. Need we remind you "We need to stand up and say we're Americans, and we have the right to debate and disagree with any administration."

Thank you for your service to this country and don't let the door hit you on the way out,
